The machine has been designed and built of solid steel construction suitable for cutting of flexible and rigid foam blocks with band knives /saws, as well as for cutting of various shapes. The cutting unit is provided with rubber covered knife wheels of 400 mm diameter to accommodate 5-20 mm wide band knives, and knife tension indicator with automatic knife tensioned, knife speed of 15 met/sec. is provided for cutting of flexible foams, while saw speed of 30 met/sec. for sawing of rigid foams.
The bottom knife guide and the upper knife guide secured to the height adjustable guard ensure smooth cutting and guard the operators. The friction driven grinding attachment is encased in a cover in order to eliminate fire risk from sparks.
The sliding table solidly constructed with smooth table surface traverses on silent running rollers along the rail track, and can be locked in position when cutting shapes, Easily adjustable vertical side wall mounted on solid frame, is provided with adjustable ratchet for setting of recurring cutting width. The side wall can be provided with adjustable angle Upto 45 degrees on special request as optional extra.
