It is a complementary to our range of automatic powder filling with rubber stoppering M/c, model AIPJ - 125. Consist of compact S.S. frame structure with adjustble screws for height adjustment. This four head vial sealing machine is suitable for vial size range from 2ml to 100ml with the machine is 120 Vials/ min for different sizes of vials.
Duly stroppered vials are continously fed from the scrambler of powder filling machine to stat conveyer of sealing machine. Vials moves towarsds to the sealing station through infeed worm for correct spacing between two vials. Aluminum caps are kept in vibatory bowl. It autaomatically orients caps in right direction before enter into the delivery . when vial with its rotary movement with infeed starwheel picks up the aluminum seal from the exit end of the chute and correctly possition on the vial before entering to the sealing station.

Vial Moves on the spring loaded sealing paltform whre free spinning rollers move gradually inside to complete the sealing operation during the rotational movement of the sealing platform turrel.
