We also make small stampings and multislide components for several industries, though primarily, for the auto and electrical sector. We have presses upto a capacity of 150 tonnes. We can manufacture stampings within a range of strips which have a thickness between 0.2 mm to 3.00 mm. For multislide components, we can handle a strip width of a max of 30 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm.
We have an in house tool room with several years of experience, in making our own toolings, both progressive and single stage.
We use materials ranging from brass, lead, beryllium copper, copper, stainless steel, carbon steel, spring steel, nickel galvanized steel, polypropylene sheets.
