Our light weight electric muffle furnaces are manufactured using mild steel along with powder coating finish. Heating elements of the electric muffle furnaces are prepared using premium quality resistance wire coil wounded on the muffle. The rearrangement is embedded in refractory cement offered with low mass thermal insulation. This ensures chambers thermal uniformity whilst reducing the furnace weight by 75% as compared to the various brick insulated furnace.
