We manufacture two models of synchronous digital controllers that have input supply of 230V/415V AC, 50Hz/60Hz. As far as output is concerned back to back thyristors of any capacity are derived by gate-cathode drive signal. These comprise of ON and WELD indicators and welding time is 0-99 cycles. It has 0-100% adjustable Weld Energy by potentiometer 0.1 sec - 3 sec Trigger Delay. These are applicable for simple resistance spot welders that are manually operated and for up-gradation of existing spot welders

• Consistent weld quality is ensured by energy control and precise time.
• To set the number of weld cycles thumbwheel switches are provided
• In the mains supply voltage built in compensation is provided against fluctuations
• These are quite user friendly and compact in design
