Product Description
The Machine has a full width emery of 200mm on oscillating principle with hydraulic movement. It has the LCD timer and positive drive of centreless grinding attachment having hydraulically operated TOP arm including 25mm width of grinding wheel unit. It has a highly efficient dust extraction unit.
Centreless Attachment:
A 100% Positive Drive System with special design of roller, provide a super smooth roller surface, without any grinding marks.
Tail Stock:
The self-aligning design of the Tail Stock provides accurate taper grinding of comber rollers.
Electronic Timer:
•The timer is having display in seconds and a counter indicating total production of top rollers.
•It can be checked with the help of memory provided in the timer at the end of the shift.
