These burner range is suitable for hotels, steak- houses, restaurants, clubs, pubs, coffee shops etc. The back portions of these units are enclosed to redirect the heat to the stove top and not let out to the back. If anyone does not have the requirement of the burners, then our two burner range becomes the perfect substitutes.
