We innovate and develop a wide range of pattern waxes in various colors, melting point and other diverse features. Whether in paste or in liquid form, they can be used either ways for any and all kinds of wax patterns. Our range of pattern wax comes with better flow which is suitable for various surface finish and upgraded wax pattern quality. Our range of pattern waxes are available in a variety that includes:
* Unfilled Or Straight Pattern Wax
Our range of unfilled or straight pattern wax are available in grade called UVERCON. This wax comes with superior dimensional reproducibility. Green in color, we offer these wax in the form of slabs. These wax comes with ash of 0.02% max and congealing point of 63º to 67º C. We also offer our product with R&B Soft. Pt. Between 68º to 70º C and drop melting point between 70º to 75º C and the linear contraction of 0.9% max.
* Filled Pattern Wax
Our range of filled pattern wax is available in grade of FVERCON-30 that is green in color and is offered with superior dimensional reproducibility. The different features include: filler percentage of 30 to 32% and does not have any moisture content. These waxes have minimum shrinkage that helps in increased productivity. Due to minimum thermal expansion, the mold strength improves.
* Water filled or emulsified pattern wax
Pink in color, these waxes are available in the grade of EVERCON-12 and have excellent flow and surface finish properties. These wax come with congealing point of 60º to 63º C, R&B Soft. Pt. of 64º to 66º C, drop melting point of 68º to 72º C, linear contraction of 0.9% max and moisture percentage of 10 TO 12%. We offer our range of water filled pattern wax comes with 45 o C to 50 º C injection temperature for paste condition.
