Utility Waxes for Investment Casting

We manufacture a range of utility waxes for investment casting in a wide range that includes:
* Water Soluble Wax
We offer our water soluble wax in grade SOLVAX in gray colored slabs. Having superior dimensional reproducibility, these soluble wax can be injected in paste conditions for any kind of soluble cores. These wax have a drop Melting Point between 70º to 75º C and linear Contraction of 0.9% max. The injection Temperature for paste condition comes in 50 o C to 55 º C
 * Sticky Wax
The sticky wax offered by us in pale yellow colored slabs have a drop melting point between 70º to 75º C. This wax is used as soldering wax and find its usage in soldering the wax pattern to the runner system to make the wax pattern assemblies. These waxes have a higher sticking property and thus are perfect for the better bonding and also require less time and minimizes undercuts.
* Repair Wax Or Patching Wax
Our repair wax or patching wax in grade CUREVAX comes in red color and are offered in the form of slabs. Our wax is used to repair the surface defects like flow lines, sink and others.
