We supply 1st class and 2nd class boiler attendant on contract basis and also we taken trunty job work of IBR boiler operation. We are service Provider for IBR Boiler Operation.  We are offering job Work for IBR Boilers. Some of the salient features are as follows:

IBR Boiler operation job work

·         Supply of experience operator 365 day. ( 1st class and 2nd class )

·         Regular operation of all other auxiliary equipments as per given schedule.

·         To fill and update all the log sheets, daily report and shall be products for inspection before executives of engineering department. This is required to understand the operation / maintenance / material consumption / stock of above heating equipments.

·         Recording of fuel stock, storage of fuel and its leveling.

·         Operation of feed water to day tank, maintaining the level and recording the stock to maintain safe operating conditions.

·         Chemical treatments of feed water as per given instructions.

·         Operation of water softening plant which includes regeneration and maintaining feed water hardness less then 5 PPM.

·         Periodic cleaning of chimney and transfer of soot to a location.

·         All register Maintain By us. e.g (present muster, payment muster etc.)

·         Annual inspection job
