WORKING PRINCIPLE
The regulator operates on the principle of controlled firing of output devices viz. thyristers. In Conventional method to control the vibration of feeder Dimmerstat is used thereby sudden jerk on feeder drive. So that there is a chance of mechanical damages
 
 
Sai Control regulator soft start features will smoothly increase the output voltage applied to the feeder from
0% to 100% of supply voltage. Hence there is no jerk and mechanical damages to the feeder, so vibrator
feeder start in very smooth and jerk less manner.

In normal condition incoming supply voltage varies by + 20% due to this variation the variation incenses or decreases, because vibration is directly proportional to applied voltage, hence forth to tackle this problem faced by every industries Sai Control developed the regulator to keep the output ser voltage constant inspite of variation in input supply by + 20%
