Our range of services and includes Wood Patterns, Araldite Patterns, Metal Patterns, Die Making CNC Job Works, Foundary Equipments etc.
With a presence of more than 26 years in the industry, we have widespread experience and improved capability in heavy patterns designing and developing. To furnish our client’s customized need, we have a well-equipped infrastructure facility. We make striking and attractive pattern works using wood, stones and metals with fabulous finishing. The specialization of our work is offering various patterns, which are error free as we utilize state-of-the-art technologies for production. Products
We offer various types of design patterns from prototype and final end-products. Our range of patterns are available on various types of wooden, Aluminum, other metal and alloys etc. in traditional as well as modern carving. Our varied range of products are produced to exacting standards, so that durability and cost-effectiveness would be unmatched.
We also provide customized product solution to our range of products to meet our client's varied production and budget requirements. We can take and fulfill bulk production orders for short notices. Our range of products and services includes Aluminium Patterns, Araldite Patterns, Gunmetal Patterns, Shell molding Patterns and Die making.
Team
We have team of knowledgeable and experienced professionals and experts to carry out the entire production requirements of our clients. With sound knowledge and experience in various types of pattern makers, the team consists of metallurgy experts, production controllers, pattern designers and quality control experts in order to ensure substantial production of high quality products. The combined effect of superior machine operators and modern machines, we are ready to take any production challenge. The team has technically competent management professionals who ensure the timely delivery of goods.
Infrastructure
We have a sound infrastructure to meet the production requirements of our esteemed clients. Our infrastructure includes two well-equipped production unit along with sister concerns and vendors. We have Vertical Machining Centers for pattern making, along with that we also supply castings. Recently, we have also started casting machine shops. The machines used at our production unit are:
•Vertical machine center
•Turret milling machine
•Radial drilling machine
•Universal milling machine
•5 ½ & 6 ½ MMT center lathe
•6 feet Kirloskar center lathe
•½ & ¾ inch capacity drilling machine
•Height gauges – 300mm, 600mm and 1000mm
•Mitutoyo venires, gauges & calipers
•3 x 2 feet surface table
•8 x 4 feet surface table-2 nos
•L Bracket 1000 x 600 x 600 and different sizes
