Doses
Womenra (Sildenafil) is available in convenient low-cost tablet form and can be taken orally when needed & becomes effective in about 45 minutes after intake and effect lasts for 4 to 6 hours. The drug is available in tablets of 100mg.Doses can be reduced by splitting the pill.For eg. if a user is over 65 years of age and suffering from liver/kidney problems, the suitable dose may be 25mg(which can be formed by breaking the 100 mg dose into 4 parts).If someone is taking alpha blockers, she should not take more than 25 mg of WOMENRA within 4 hours of her taking the alpha blocker dose.WOMENRA should not be taken more than once a day, under any circumstances.
Possible Side Effects
Some of the mild side effects that may occur with the use of WOMENRA include upset stomach, headache and facial flushing. Some other possible side effects are sensitivity to light and a bluish / blurred vision. If the user is experiencing chest pain, nausea or dizziness during sex, she should immediately consult the doctor.
Precautions
WOMENRA must be taken with doctor's permission only. It is strongly recommended that you consult your doctor to know whether your heart is healthy enough for sexual activity. Inform your doctor, if you have ever suffered from any of the following medical conditions:
    * Kidney / Liver Problems
    * Heart Conditions (ie. Irregular heart beat, chest pain, heart attack, angina or narrowing of the aortic valve)
    * High / Low blood pressure
    * Stroke
    * An inherited eye condition called retinitis pigmentose
    * Any Blood Problems such as leukaemia or sickle cellanemia
    * Allergy to sildenafil
