Manganese dioxide
It is a naturally occurring mineral, blackish brown in color and has purity ranging from 60% MnO2 upto 85% MnO2 after processing. It is widely used in the manufacture of dry cell battery, colorings glass and concrete, match box, catalyst and as a factory reagent.
Manganous oxide
Manganous oxide is one of the major sources of manganese used in the dry feeds for cattle, pigs, & poultry. It helps to prevent breeding complications in cattle and ensures optimum growth for the pigs. In poultry it aids in hatchability and improves shell quality.
