We are manufacturing H.S.S. cutting tools from imported steels,M-2 ,M-35, M-42 and T-42 grades, for engineering industries.
Tool bits such as rounds, square, partings, step cut punches and other tools as per drawing are used for high cutting rates of very hard metals since cutting speeds involved in these tools. Often caused high temperature at tool tip into red range, they must be resistant to tempering at this temperature.
An End Mill is cutter with teeth on periphery and with shank for holding and driving. End Mills are designed for milling of slots and pockets where plug cutting is not necessary for producing a fine and milled finish.      
For parallel hand Reamer having virtually parallel cutting edge with taper and beveled a shank of nominal diameter of a cutting edge and with square of end. It is generally used by hand of final sizing of holes while machine reamer has taper shank. Centre drills is known as a combined drills, are designed with spiral and straight flutes for giving long tool life and high quality to the centre hole where accurate centering is essential. Taper pin reamers are designed to ream holes where standard taper pin will fit.
Wood ruff cutter is a circular cutter integral with parallel shank for holding and driving, having definite diameter and width with sides. Side and Face cutter are circular in shape, with the periphery on both side, and are used for side milling and slotting.High speed steel is made of alloying elements Tungsten, Molybdenum, Vanadium, Chromium and Cobalt.
Tungsten and Molybdenum for carbide formation and red hardness Vanadium increase abrasion resistance and Chromium for reducing oxidation and increase hardness.
Cobalt is added to improve high temperature hardness up to red point.
