Over Pick Looms

SHIVANGI INDUSTRIES now presenting a new latest type SHIVANGI 72" PLAIN OVERPICK LOOMS in Indian Textile Industries. With all its innovations, this latest 72" PLAIN OVERPICK LOOM increases production. Gives better efficiency and reduces the work load of operator.

SPECIAL FEATURES

·         The side frames are of strong design, heavy and rigid in construction designed to withstand vibrations and shocks of weaving. Top rail one piece is extended to mount dobbies of 8 to 40 Jacks and cloth rail is machined very smoothly.

·         Crank shaft running in Gun Metal Bearings is made from 45 mm (17/8") mild steel bar.
Tappet shaft is made from 38 mm.  Bright bars and is sufficiently extended to provide Dobbies. Bearings for Crank, Tappat and picking shaft are well finished and all the bearings are provided with Cast Iron bushes and are provided with working clearance.

·         Swing rail shaft is made from good 35 mm. (1/3") mild steel bright bars with cast iron bushes.

·         AII the Gears are machine cut from special Grey Iron Castings to maintain the tooth from correct to the sizes for a longer period. The Crank and Tappet wheels have 45 and 90 machine cut teeth respectively.

·         Seven wheels take up motion ratchet system is provided.

PERFECT WORKMANSHIP

All the materials used throughout the production of our looms are of the highest qual~. At every stage of manufacture of these looms great cares is taken or ensure a long running period without replacements of parts and to give longer life to the machine. The entire manufacturing process is carried out in our Plant.
