This mill is multipurpose economy mill which can handle lumpy & irregular size materials to produced fine to micro fine powder. Manual or feed control device feeds material at a controlled uniform rate to a shattering impact chamber of swinging hammers. Fine powder undergoes strict fineness inspection through wizard classified before discharging through Blower unit to a cyclone collector. Fine dust is entrapped in a dust collector. Screen less pulveriser is recommended for fine grinding of soft to hard, slightly moist material with bulk production requirement. Mill is uneconomical where frequent changeover of products is required with low production capacities.
