Ultra Fine Mill

BR Ultra Fine Mill is rugged, high capacity, low maintenance, economical unit designed to grind soft to medium hard to hard material in fineness up to 500 mesh BSS and even more depending upon various physical characteristics of the material. The feeder screw convey the hopper feed material to grinding chamber and work  a crushed for reducing soft lumps of material to admissible feed size. Reduction gear unit operate feeder screw at variable speed for uniform flow of material for better fineness. The material is grinding between serrated conical/flat liners and hardened high speed steel square/rectangular type tips. Fine powder undergoes strick fineness inspection through balance impeller provided inside the body of the mill to bottom outlet. Water cooling arrangement is provided around the grinding chamber to coo the grinding area of the machine.
