Axial Flow Fans

We offer Axial Flow Fans, which are highly efficient. The number of blades in the rotors could vary from 2 to 50. As the name suggests, the flow of air is occurred in axial direction and the casing is done in such a way that it recovers static pressure.

As soon as the rotor rotates using an electric motor, a flow establishes through rotor causing an increase air stagnation pressure. There is a cylindrical casing, which encloses rotor. There are well shaped converging and diverging passage to receive and discharge the flow.

Construction

The fan wheels or rotors are constructed using heavy gauge MS sheet with an aluminum casting.

Applications

Widely applicable in ventilation process, which could be mines or tunnel where the large pressure is required along with compact dimensions.
