Stripping of roving bobbins and opening of roving ends is an important task in the spinning mills equipped with automatic roving transport system. This automatic operation by the Rovemaster ensures removal of the roving ends from the bobbins without any manual intervention.
SIEGER Rovemaster has been developed to ensure no damage occurs to the bobbin surface and the fibres are safely opened during the process. Rovings are removed by applying rotary movement to the bobbins and simultaneously evacuating the rovings. The evacuated rovings are thoroughly opened by applying compressed air as a medium. The opened roving can be effectively used as fresh raw material without affecting yarn quality.
Features
-Fully contained unit with automatic bobbin removal, stripping, opening and re insertion in the line.
-Variable unwinding speed to suit various material and twist parameters.
-Can be adopted for a variety of roving transport systems from other makes for different bobbin sizes.
Advantages
-No physical damages to the roving bobbins and fibres.
-Simple machine and cost effective investment.
-PLC based machine for adoption to a wide range of applications.
