M/s. SOFT PEOPLE Comp. Pvt. Ltd. is a 18 years old company having main concentration on maintenance of Office machines. We have around 3,500 customers under maintenance contract with us. This includes Government Sector, Semi Government Companies, Corporate Sector, Banks, Financial Institutions, Film Industry SMEs and SOHO users. We also have around 9000 odd customer base availing our services on per call basis mostly comprising of SMEs and SOHO users. At present we are the authorised Sales & Service Distributors for SHARP range of Fax, Copiers & other office equipment products.
Presently SOFT PEOPLE have four operational offices. The Head Office is situated at K.K. Chamber, D. N. Road, Fort, Western suburb Office at Andheri station. Central suburb office at Thane Station and Navi Mumbai Office at Sanpada Station,. Apart from that we have two overseas offices operational at Sharjah and Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates under the title of SOFT OFFICE EQUIPMENTS. This office helps us a lot in arranging critical spare parts for fax machines, not available in local Indian market.
We have a service highly equipped service stations at all four offices and staff of 40+ well qualified and trained engineers, offering services in and around Mumbai with highest efficiency. We also offer annual maintenance contract for office equipment machines of all makes & models. We will also provide you annual maintenance contracts after the expiry of warranty. Apart from this we also provide stand by machine in case of any major breakdown so as to render a smooth flow of information network for your business.
