Incepted in the year 1996, at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, we “Superama India (Private) Limited,” are well known manufacturers and suppliers of carpets. Our range include kelims, knotted carpets, leather carpets, multi striped carpet, modern tufted carpet, designer tufted carpet, striped tufted carpet, persian tufted carpet, contemporary tufted carpet, polyester shaggy carpet, polyester shaggy modern carpet and wall to wall carpet.
Owned by “Mr. R. P. Kapoor,” we have acquired rich industrial expertise, which assists us in developing products as per the specific requirements of our valuable clients. This is our third generation family business, which is professionally managed by our expert workforce under the mentor's guidance. In the past 40 years, we have imported carpets from Germany. Now we began to manufacture the carpets and we strategically located 15 km from the heart of the capital New Delhi, where we have a large showroom for our customers.
Today, to carry out different process of product manufacturing like yarn spinning, weaving and finishing, we have well developed manufacturing set up. Further, we develop the carpets keeping in mind the preferences of our customers. Our alluring range of carpets based on latest designs has also helped us to capture the attention of domestic as well as the international markets.

Quality Assurance
We have with us modern and well developed quality checking unit for quality checking our range of carpets during each production stage. Further the use of quality fabrics and threads in the involved production processes ensure exquisite finish and elasticity of our range. In addition, our range is well knotted to ensure production of flawless range. In addition, our quality checking managers keep a constant check on all the stages of production like designing, weaving, embroidery, braiding, dyeing and others.

Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing facilities are located at Ghaziabad, Bhadohi and Panipat. For production of our carpets, we hold specialization in electric gun tufting, which is a technology transfer from a Swedish company. Some of the machines installed at our unit are :
* Shuttles weaving
* Spinning machine
* Power loom
* Stitching machines
* Cutting machines
* Embroidery machines
* Weaving looms
Apart from this, the other facilities that we have for designing and developing our carpets include :
Designing : We take the carpet design as per the client's choice and our expert team members sketch the design on graph papers. They pencil down the features of carpet in oriental or caucasian design in desired quality knots.
Dyeing and winding : We procure carpet yarn from best available blends of wool. The hanks of woolen yarn are dyed using traditional method of pot dyeing or machine dyeing depending upon client's choice. After this, vegetable natural pigments or chemical dye stuff is used again depending on choice of the customer. Then the task of winding and doubling of the yarn from Sun-dried hanks starts and balls of woolen yarn are ready for carpet weavers.
Weaving : For carpet weaving, we have employed weavers. Our quality checking team, carry out on-loom inspection on daily basis to ensure adherence to norms of quality weaving.
Unwashed Carpet Inspection : All our carpets are inspected under the sun for any overlooked defects like disfigurement of motifs or errors in use of colors. The mistakes are rectified before the carpet is given out for washing.
Washing : The carpets are soaked in water for 24 hours and washing is done manually on specially made platforms. For this, we use solutions of mild cleansing chemicals like bleaching powder, caustic soda are used to wash the carpets. This methods ensure removal of all dust and dirt from the carpet.
Clipping : Our expert workmen clip/ sheer the carpet with the help of especially developed clipping scissors. We also penciling is done to segregate colors to impart greater clarity to the design. All these activities are monitored by our supervisors to maintain quality.

Warehousing, Packaging & Timely Delivery
Our spacious warehousing unit is regularly fumigated to keep it free from rodent and termite. We also have special warehousing personnel to handle our inventory management system in order to keep record of the inventories, which enables us in easy access and retrieval of the products.
Furthermore, we lay emphasize largely on the effective packaging of our carpets. For packing the products, we use qualitative materials like Hessian cloth and jute cloth. The full-proof packing ensures safe and maintenance free transit of the product consignments to the customers.
Apart from this, our tie-ups with reliable transport companies assist us in prompt delivery of the orders to the distant places at the desired schedule time frame.
