Vermiculite Spraying Machine

It emails positive displacement type of pup, hose pipe (length - 7.5 meters x 1 length), spraying nozzle assembly, electric motor with gear box and DOL starter.

Operating Principle:

•The wet mix is poured into .the hopper of the machine, from where it is transferred into the positive displacement type of pump.
•The pump conveys material into the material hose pipe.
•At the end of hose pipe spraying nozzle is located which spray the material on the surface with the help of compressed air.
•The machine is provided with type by pass system to regulate output, pressure gauge to measure material pressure etc.
