We offer a wide range of Punjabi Chhole to our client require.
Method:
1. Take 150grams white peas (chick peas) and soak them in water for 7-8 hours and then boil them.
2. Take oil in a pan according to the requirement, add Punjabi Chole Mix and 1 cup of water and heat them.
3. Then after add 100 grams of smashed tomatoes (tomato puree).
4. Add boiled peas as well as 50 grams grated paneer, cook until the gravy thickens.
5. Add fresh coriander and serve hot.
Note: - You can also add fried paneer pieces.
In the same way as above you can make any Punjabi dish of your choice.
