Early Morning at 0400 hrs Visit morning 3 points – Tiger Hill Sunrise Point, Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. Day 3. Darjeeling to Pelling (Alt 6100 ft), 85 Kms / 03 hrs

Drive to Pelling in West Sikkim via Naya Bazar. Pelling is serene, mountain village which lies in the western districts of Sikkim. This village is situated at an altitude of 2000 mts (approx) and commands a spectacular view of Mt. Kanchenjunga.

Check in at Hotel. Evening free. Overnight stay will be at Pelling.

 

Day 4. Full day sightseeing at Pelling.

Full day Pelling local tour covering Pemayangtse Monastery, Khecheopari Lake, Kanchenjunga Falls and Rimbi Falls, Dentham Valley, Tsangey Falls and Singsore Bridge. Evening free. Overnight stay will be at Pelling

 

Day 5. Pelling to Gangtok (Alt 5500Ft) - 140kms in 4.5hrs.

Check in at Hotel. Half Day Gangtok City tour. Visit Government Institute of Cottage Industry (Closed on Sunday, 2nd Saturday), Orchid House, Sikkim Research Institute of Tibetology, Dodurl Chorten, Rumtek Monastery, Botanical Garden, and Santi View Point. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.

 

Day 6. Excursion Trip to Tsomgo Lake + Baba Mandir

Day excursion trip of Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial (13200 ft) 52 kms from Gangtok city. Tsomgo Lake freezes completely during the winter and is much revered by the locals. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.

 

Day 7. Gangtok to Lachung – 124 Kms / 6 hrs.

Morning drive to Lachung in North Sikkim (8660 ft). Enroute visit Singhik View point, Seven Sisters Water Fall, Naga Water Falls, and Chungthang Confluence. Arrive at Lachung in the evening. Overnight stay will be at Lachung.

 

Day 8. Excursion trip to Yumthang.

Morning excursion to Yumthang (Valley of Flowers) at 1200ft. It is a summer grazing ground of Yaks and winter playgrounds of Yetis. Back to Lachung. Day free after lunch to walk around Lachung Village. Overnight stay will be at Lachung.

 

Day 9. Lachung to Gangtok – 124 kms / 06 hrs.

Assistance at IXB Airport/ NJP railway station on arrival and drive to Darjeeling. Check in at Hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Darjeeling.

Day 2. Full day sightseeing at Darjeeling.

Early Morning at 0400 hrs Visit morning 3 points – Tiger Hill Sunrise Point, Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. Check in at Hotel. Afternoon visit to Dello View Point and Grahams Home with Orchid Nurseries. Durpin Dara view point and Zang Dhok Palri Phodang Monastery. Evening free. Overnight stay will be at Kalimpong.

 

Day 11. Kalimpong to IXB Airport / NJP Rly Stn – 70kms in 2.5hrs.

Check out from hotel and drive to NJP/Bagdogra.

People visiting Tsomgo Lake/ Nathula Pass / North Sikkim (Lachen-Lachung) are required to send photocopy of their valid Photo ID Proof of all the pax (Passport/Voter Card/ Driving Lenience/ Pan Card for adult and school / birth certificate for children below 18 years) with 4 copies of Passport size Photographs to our Kolkata office in advance in order to arrange the necessary permits. The original copies may be required to be shown on spot and should be carried during the tour.

 

Important Notice: -

 

• Vehicle up gradation is possible by paying supplement amount
• By paying supplements up gradation to higher category of hotels is possible.
• Hotels are subject to availability.
• The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very advanced & one should not expect and match it with the plains & other developed destinations.
• In Darjeeling there is shortage of water. Guests are requested to co-operate with any such problems faced during the tour.

 

Cancellation Policy: -

 

• Advance money (25% of the package cost) is non refundable.
• 30% of the total package cost will be charged if cancellation is done between 30 to 15 days before arrival
• 50% of the total package cost will be charged if cancellation is done between 15 to 1 days before arrival
• No refund will be entertained in case of tour cancelled after it starts.
• No refund will be entertained if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, civil / political disturbance, or anything beyond human control. But there will be full co-operation from the entire team to make an alternate arrangement in such cases.
