Service Description
Installing VFD for ID fan, FD fan and Blowers helps in saving electrical energy. In a typical boiler application, fans are provided with butterfly or multi-vane dampers, which is not adequate in precise combustion air control and electrical energy saving. Replacing it with drive helps in optimising the combustion air, thus reducing excess air level, helps in fuel saving apart from the electrical energy saved.
We can provide automation along with drive for combustion control and pressure control. We do not advise VFD for boiler feed water pumps and heater circulating pump, as they reduce the pressure, which is not desirable. Combustion tuning is critical with drives and with our proven expertise, we shall offer the best solution.
