We are the supplier of the Flash Ager for Two Phase Prints which is very much constructed to benefit the users. This machine has been specially designed to wet out the fabric for two-phase steaming. Two-phase printing is usually used for women cloths printed with reactive or vat dyes.
Some of the important features are:-
Ü After printing and drying, the cloth passes through a chemical mangle and then into a steaming chamber for fixation.
Ü The machine is complete with chemical pad mangle with two horizontal rollers particularly suitable for two-phase liquor application.
Ü One chrome-plated roller contacts the printed side of the fabric whereas a viscous elastic rubber roller works on the reserve side of fabric. Special pneumatic pistons ensure a regular and uniform squeezing. A double liquor through allows applying the chemical by nipping or dipping under the rubber roller. Alternatively, the liquor can be applied on the printed side using the chrome-plated roller. A doctor blade is installed to keep the chrome-plated roller always clean.
Ü Perfect dyestuff fixation can be obtained with steam uniformly distributed at a constant temperature in the steaming chamber.
Ü For reactive dyes, fixation process requires about 15 seconds at 130°C using silicate or carbonate in the pad mangle. A chemical is put on the printed side of the fabric by the chrome-plated roller of the mangle.
Ü For vat discharge fixation process, it requires 30 seconds at a temperature of 130°C.
