Trade Name: TGL Plastisols Phthalate free Ink A phthalate free plastisol ink system designed with a selection of standard colours of dark & light fabrics. Economically priced, thin layered ink is at its best on automated equipment although excellent result can be achieved in almost any printing operation. Composed with rich ingredients of pvc organic pigments, eco-protected plasticizers and filler materials for direct and transfer printing on fabrics. Contains 900 to 1200 pa viscosity. The required temperature glance (tg) is 140 degree c to 160 degree c. Having 7000 to 10000 microns. The temperature will withstand upto 200 degree c. The ph value will be 6.5 to 8.0. Highly suitable for synthetic and nature fibers. Excellent colour brightness, flexibility and rich wash resistance. Do not colour the substrate by penetration. No health hazards since azo free. It will maintain eco-processed free hygienic environment.
