H Frame / U Frame Scaffolding:

H Frames consists of strictly welded frames of maximum three vertical and two or more horizontal elements. These steel scaffolding frames are related by scissor cross braces through pins with spring clips or gravity locks that are welded on frames.

Wall Forms:

The standard wall form system of steel shuttering comprises of steel panels manufactured out of 2.5 mm (12 swg.) thick skin plate and 45 x 45 x 5 mm punched angles that are jig assembled to ensure complete inter-changeability. It offers maximum economy due to infinite reusability and is therefore universally used to cast RCC columns, beams, walls, culverts, docks and precast units.

Floor Forms:

Floor Forms are widely used for casting of floor slabs, RCC columns, beams and walls and other construction scaffolding applications. They give excellent concrete finish and cut costs and time involved in use of timber.

Spans:

These are the most advanced telescopic centering systems that basically used to support floor forms while laying slabs. This versatile system can easily be used and erected by unskilled labour. It virtually eliminates vertical propping and permit free space beneath the spans.

Props:

Props are an infinitely reusable product used to support form work shuttering. Its telescopic function allows speedy erection and dismantling without tools and it has no loose parts to be mislaid or lost.
