Incepted in 1985, Topmost Instruments Corporation of India is a leading manufacturer & exporter of opthalmic and surgical instrument. Managed as a family business with our wide experience and skills, we have gained immense knowledge about the surgical instrument manufacturing process. Our product range includes Cool Light, ENT Microscope, Kerotometer, Operating Light, Slit Lamp, Synoptophore, Trail Lens Case and Zoom Slit Lamp. As a member of SSI, we have dedicated our efforts in utilizing and expanding our distribution network as an ophthalmic and hospital instruments manufacturer and ophthalmic device manufacturer, both nationally and internationally. We have employed various ophthalmic professionals who provide innovative ideas and concepts to develop new products for the industry. Our products are the outcome of advanced technology and precision engineering and have assisted us in garnering and developing the trust and confidence of our valuable clients in us.
Quality
Quality has always been of significant importance to us. Following the strict guidelines of ISO 9001:2000, we have attained the international quality standards. We have employed a TQM system for keeping a complete control over the quality during all the production processes. Our team of QC analysts keep a check on the quality levels for pin hole and the content of alloy present. Our manufactured products are tested and analyzed on a repetitive basis for their surgical tolerances and functional reliability so as to withstand the international competition and quality standards.
Production Facility
With a work area of 600 Sq. ft., our production facilities include modernized and sophisticated machines like: CNC, milling, lathe, drilling and optical testing. We also use the latest auto CAD designing and fabricating system for developing the structure and a rough draft of the opthalmic equipment. Our manufacturing and fabrication expertise is includes precision cutting, machining, molding, polishing, laser engraving and assembling of the designing capabilities and the creative excellence to develop the required designs. With the assistance of our machines and allied workforce, we have earned a turnover of Rs. 70 lakh.
