Product Details : (A) Cold Aggregate Feeder Unit (Four Bin Feeder) This unit is provided to store the Aggregates & Deliver them to the System as per required. Sturdy Design & Quality Fitment make this unit running for years without any trouble. Options for Storage & Feeding System are available as per plant model. (B) Vibrating Screen for remove over size material. Vibrating Screen is used to remove oversize aggregates from the Raw Material coming from the Four Bin Feeder. (C) Slinger Conveyor. Slinger Conveyor is provided to transfer the Screened Raw material from Four Bin Feeder to the Thermo Drum. Load Cell is fitted on this conveyor to weigh the material being transferred. (D) Thermo Drum Unit. Thermo Drum is the most important unit of the entire plant. Specially Designed Buckets, Advance Firing Systems, Sturdy Drive systems etc are some of the parts which assure Long Term Reliable Plant Operation. This unit is available in three models as per plant model. (E) Load out Conveyor Belt. Load out conveyor Belt transfers the Mixer Material from Thermo Drum to the Gob Hopper from which the material is discharged to the Truck. Gob Hopper is provided with sufficient storage capacity to avoid segregation of material. (F) Bitumen Tank. Fully Insulated Bitumen Storage & Heating Tanks are available with various capacity models. Pumping unit is fitted on this Tank to send the Heated Bitumen in the Thermo drum unit. Sufficient thickness glass wool of Insulation & Advanced Oil Burner saves the voluble Fuel for Heating of the Bitumen. (G) Mineral Filler. Mineral Filler is provided with sufficient storage & feeding capacity. Pneumatic conveying system is powered with Twin Lobe Air Compressor to assure the delivery of the minerals to the Thermo drum unit. (H) Fuel Tank. Fuel Tank is provided to store LDO or Furnace Oil for the Burners. Furnace Oil Heating System is provided as Optional attachments. (I) Control Cabin.
