We fabricate and offer an array of vacuum fittings that are used to connect /disconnect without affecting seal performance. We have used high quality raw materials like stainless steel, flurocarbon, etc. for the manufacturing purpose. The technical specifications of the vacuum fittings are as follows:
* Temperature Rating : Standard fluorocarbon O Ring - 25 O F to 400 O F (-32 O C to 200 O C)
* O-Ring Sealant: O-Ring wetted with a thin film of silicone vacuum grease. Replaceable O-rings should be wetted with lubricants or sealants compatible with the system.
* Testing : The TUBEFIT Ultra-Torr design has been tested to a helium leak rate of 4 x 10 -9 std cm 3 /S.
