Ltd. came into existence in the year 1990, with the aim of Guest House Accommodation with the housekeeping services in Chennai providing the best and most affordable services to innumerable customers. Our housekeeping and facility management services have been touted as one of the best in the industry and include corporate housekeeping and care taking of corporate transit accommodation. Our service spectrum comprises complete housekeeping services for establishments, transit accommodations, house keeping, shampooing of automobile upholstery, consumable items and cleaning items.

Our organization was started by Ms. Simmiy Malhotra, who is armed with a three year Diploma from the Institute of Hotel Management. Her professional graph includes working with Chola Sheraton (1984-1986/87) as a housekeeping supervisor and with Ambassador Pallava (1987-1990) as a Dept. Dy. And Head, in Chennai.

Our Corporate Connection
Our corporate services enable the customer to block required number of rooms for several months in advance. This facilitates the company and its employees to avail the accommodation as agreed, on any day within that time frame. The concerned company and UHS Pvt. Ltd. enter into an exclusive and mutually beneficial commercial arrangement as required. We are also offering corporate housekeeping services that include the following:
