Looking to the emerging textile market, “Unify” had drawn a strategy to not only effectively meet the challenges of competition, but also to capitalize on the opportunities available. The first part of this strategy included modernization and expansion of its various capacities, increasing the productivity and product mix, providing higher value addition and becoming a competitive textile firm in the present competitive scenario. The other part of the strategy includes optimization of efficiencies, cost cutting and strengthening of cash flows.

Our Manufacturing Facility

The Firm has state-of-the-art facilities for Texturising. We give the full credit of our success to the robust infrastructure that we own. With its flexible manufacturing capacities and versatile product mix, the Firm has emerged as a specialist in providing quality Texturising yarn to the Polyester Fabric industry. We are equipped with the state of the art infrastructure facilities, backed with the technically advanced machines and equipments.

“Unify's” core competency lies in meeting the needs of requirements of Polyester Fabric Industry and also Unify has enhanced and upgraded the technology level to meet the competition from other domestic manufacturers in wake of competitive scenario.

Future Plans and Projections

The Group has already become one of the fastest growing Manufacturer of Texturised Yam raring to climb still higher. “Unify” has at present 20 Texturising machines and is in the process of installation of 6 more machines. To save the cost of packing, freight, Sales tax, and other indirect cost of raw material i.e. POY, unify has planned for putting the POY project at Silvassa. This POY plant will have capacity of ----- Tons PA, which will be consumed in house for production of Texturised Yarn. In the year 2008, Unify is also planning to put up another POY project of ----- Tons PA capacity, so that it completes the one stage backward integration.

The Group intends to convert the Firm into a highly professionally managed company.
