Our pulverizers are our own invention and have successfully attained patent from the government of India which is no less then an achievement for us. This equipment is a unit complete in itself and is provided with a feed hopper that feeds the machine, which is well adjusted and controlled by the feed controller provided in the machine. We have also provided it with the screen plate placed on the base plate which can be easily changed for regulating the mesh required. Further, the grinding takes place by auto collision and collision against the walls of grinding chamber. As such there is no rubbing and cutting and therefore, no generation of heat is occurred. Finally the pulverized material passes through the screen only when it achieves required fineness and as such there is no hammering, rubbing on the scree and so its life is lengthened. This product undergoes strict and rigid final inspection and actual grinding test at our factory. The grinding tests with the client's material can also be carried out without obligation for testing the suitability of the pulverizer.
