To undertake more complex and technical activities we upgrade the core equipment to state -of –the-art level. Complete factory layout with ancillary machines and inspection facility. Additionally we have facilities for the undertaking the following activities such as:

* Hot chamber pressure die casting machine
* Cold chamber pressure die casting machines, with capacity of 160,120 and 80 tons
* Spark erosion machine with DRO
* Auto Temperature Controlled Furnaces
* Vertical milling machine with DRO
* Recrion drilling machines
* Lathe machine
* Surface grinder
In addition to these machines, we are also supported with some ancillary machines such as Pumps, Cooling tower, compressors, trimming presses, Drilling Leashing, Tapping, Vibro finish, Tapping and Shot Blasting Machine. All these machines and equipment together facilitates us with manufacturing of qualitative die casted products.
Our Manufacturing Process
Die Designing : Die casting dies hold molten metal to give it the desired shape, helps metal to solidify and helps in the removal of the casting. There are various dies like single cavity die, multiple cavity die and unit die used to produce different assembly. Designing of the right die is imperative to produce dimensional accuracy.
Die Manufacturing: Die is manufactured as per the drawings and specification of customers. We use quality material to manufacture dies that give a neat look to the end product.
Pressure Die casting – Several changes are made to the basic process to produce castings for specific application. We can manufacture product as per the needs and requirements of the client domain.
Finishing and Machinery: The finishing of the casting is done to give it a neat, clear and glossy look.
