Indef E.O.T. Cranes

SPECIFICATION::                            

‘Indef’ cranes are manufactured from best quality material available. Workmanship is of high quality to the best standards and finish with good engineering workshop practices. Test certificates are provided for all important components.
Cranes are design and manufactured in accordance to IS 3177/IS 807. Design of the crane structure as well as components/part of the cranes shall confirm to class-II duty of above codes.

ÓBRIDGE: It is as per IS 807 / IS 3177/ IS 800.These are standard I beam of M.S. rolled steel sections bolted to end carriage.

ÓEND CARRIAGES: Box type in construction and fabricated from rolled sections.
ÓL.T. WHEELS: Two nos straight tread type, EN8 forged steel, double flanged LT wheels are provided in each of the two end carriages. These wheels are supported on steel axles. For under slung cranes S.G.I.tapered type single flanged wheels are provided.  

ÓPINION / AXLE: Made from En9, heat treated carbon alloy steel.

ÓGEARS: They are as per IS 4460, made from En8 and are supported on ball bearings.

ÓBEARING: Heavy duty sealed ball bearing are used thus regular lubrication is eliminated. Two ball bearings are provided in each wheel for smooth running.

ÓHOOK: It is as per IS 8610/ IS 3815 made for forged steel- C20, C30 or equivalent. It is collar or shank type in construction with safety latch.

ÓBRAKES: Brakes are heavy duty A.C. electromagnetic disc type. D.C. brakes can also be provided on request.

ÓCONTROL PANEL: Mounted on hoist, sheet metal clad in totally enclosed construction with IP 55 Protection. It consists of control transformer, isolator, master contactor for mains ON/OFF, MCB’s, contactors and overload relays for all motors.

ÓPENDANT: Consists of push button housed in dust proof housing and suspended from hoist.Wire rope is provided to prevent pull on pendant cables.

ÓSAFETY: Electrical interlocking is provided to avoid accidental simultaneous motions of crane due to activation of multiple push button at the same time.

Ó HOIST: INDEF brand Wire Rope Electric Hoist. Hoist is generally conforming to IS 3938. Externally mounted TEFC, Squirrel cage,S4 Cranes Duty induction motor is provided for hoisting .Wire rope is as  per IS 2266 and Hoist motor is  as per IS 325 with class ‘F’ insulation and IP-55 protection. TESTING

For all motions at 25% over-load as per IS 3177.
