Servo Drives

The word "servo" comes from the Latin word "servus" which means the servant who acts according to his master's instructions and works faithfully and quickly. To put it simply, servos are devices that conduct follow-up control to a target position and speed. They are good at moving quickly and repeatedly to a target position and are therefore adapted to a wide range of high-speed and high-performance equipments and automated machines used in plants. For example, servos are used in most of manufacturing equipments for manufacturing semiconductors and LCD panels.
