Distance between each printing station is 40" max. (heater cover to heater cover).
Impression Rubber Rollers are made from Neoprene Rubber with 50 to 55 hardness, plus additional bearings provided inside Hub for vobble free shaft rotation. Lockouts with pneumatic control.
Infeed and Outfeed to be incorporated with synchronised drive.
Winding and Unwinding balanced shafts from EN 31 plus hard steel with cones and locknuts assembly.
Dynamic balanced drive rollers with wrinkle free grooves, (Balance weights to be inside type).
Wrinkle removal rollers unwinding & winding one each plus one each on every printing station.
All rollers and shaft are mounted on SKF/FAG/TATA bearings.
Automatic Web Tension Control System unwinding and rewinding.
All air pressure guages and temperature guages of reputed make.
Complete enclosed gear box system to be provided with MS Link shifter for Doctor blade movements main link drive preferably to be mounted on first station unwinding end.
