The hot rolling lines comprise of mill stand, gear boxes, drive systems, roller tables, entry guides, upcoilers, rolling oil supply systems, centralized lubrication systems, hydraulic roll separation system and complete electrical equipment.

The slab/ flat from the reheating furnace is fed in the mill which can be handled manually or on roller tables depending on weight of the slab. The Rolls and other raw material are carefully chosen to give maximum operating life keeping in view the accidental overloading and shock loading conditions.

The mills are custom designed depending on the material being rolled, thickness and width requirements, production capacity and other inputs. The range of hot rolling mills we manufacture includes:
