·         4mm to 18mm Stem diameter (i.e. Min. stem dia. 4mm, Max. stem 18mm)

·         45mm to 350mm total length of Engine Valve (i.e. Min. length of Engine Valve 45mm, Max. length 350mm)

General Material used as below:

·         Intake Valve: En-18D, En-24, En-52, SS-304, SS-202.

·         Exhaust Valve: En-52, 21-4N, SS-304, SS-202, Bi – Metal

·         Mainly combinations of En-52 & 214N material are used for high quality of Engine Valve.

·         For common quality En-18D, SS-202, SS-304 used for Engine Valve.

Professional processing Technology for Engine Valve:

·         Chrome Plating

·         Tuffrided/Nitride

·         Quenching to top of the stem (Tip)

·         Quenching to conical surface (Stellied welded)

·         Friction welding (Bi – Metal)

Quality Policy:

·         100% inspection before shipment release.

·         Roundness tolerance is controlled within 0.005mm.

Diameter of Valve Stem is less than 0.09 Ra
