This product is manufacturing with EN-8D and 20 Crmo materials and it is fully carbureted making deepness reach 0.8 – 08 and the hardness of the surface 58-60 HRC after heat treatment while the hardness for the depth reaches 38-45 HRC.

Besides, its working face has been deeply plated with hard chrome (0.03 – 0.05) with Vickers hardness > 800-100 and melting point > 1800=, making the valve Rocker noise law and resistance to adhesion abrasion strong.
