About Us          
Established in 1989, we Vardhman nurture expertise in manufacturing, supplying and exporting educational science equipment, surgical instruments, hospital appliances, pharmacology instruments, veterinary instruments, laboratory glassware and chemicals, medical instruments and disposable & non-disposable laboratory equipment. We are constantly guided under the ardent leadership of Mr. Prince Jain the manager of our company who has an in-depth knowledge about the industry. He got involved in the business after completing his B.Tech in 2005.

Our company's annual turnover is Rs. 2 crore and we have a production capacity of Rs 25 lakh pieces of instrument per month. With business expansion on the platter, our future plans are to enhance our production level, uplift our technical aspects and stand ahead our competitors. We aim at making high quality end products. Our utmost initiative is towards complete satisfaction of our clients.
Infrastructure          
We are equipped with a well-oiled infrastructure to facilitate smooth running of the production & marketing processes. Our production processes take place in the manufacturing plant on a total plot area of 1 acre land. The major processes involved are casting melting, forging, pressure diecasting and moulding. Both hand and machine operated equipment are used at our units. Our team of experts skillfully handles all our processes.

Our team comprises of management & administration experts, skilled and semi skilled workers, quality control specialists and R&D and other professionals. The brilliant minds working for the company are very experienced and trained consequently making it to a growing business.

As an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, high standard production is ensured on account of the quality parameters like strength and durability of the product. Each product undergoes set of test and only after that product is confirmed for quality it is forwarded for the next stage of development. Stringent inspections are done so that no damages or defects prevail. Thorough quality checking of each product is our first consideration. We ensure that standardized raw material is used for optimum benefit. Use of qualitative raw material like iron, aluminum, silica and wood delivers fine products.

Packaging and Warehousing     
Special care is taken while packing the products. Each of the products is individually packed one by one to ensure complete safety. Once the products are packed & inspected, they are transferred to the warehouse. Keeping in mind the various factors regarding their storage the warehouse is maintained in good condition by regular fumigation & cleaning activities. Dispatching the packed material in scheduled time period is also our priority. We keep commitment and meet the schedules regarding the delivery time.
