We offer a wide range of plate heat exchangers (PHE) that are used in various industrial applications such as cooling, heating and heat regeneration of liquids like milk, juice, water, cream, sugar syrup, chemical liquids etc. Our PHE plates are suitable up to 2,000 cubic meter/hr. flow rate and available from 0.0152 to 2.4 sq.mt. heat transfer area. These PHE plates comprise of a frame that is clamped between a head and follower & sealed at their edges and around the parts by gaskets through which liquid & heating/cooling mediums are directed alternately into passages formed between the plates.
PHE plates are available in SS-304, SS-316, SMO-254, SLX-904, Titanium, Ti-Palladium, Hastelloy-c, Incoloy and SR-50 and gaskets in NBR, HNBR, EPDM, CR Butyl, Viton, Silicon & Reflon.Some of the prominent features of PHEs include:
- Dual Chevron Angle - we select thermal length requirements depending upon the process to meet heat duty within allowable pressure drop range
- Improved pressure holding rigidity - The gaskets are supported by peripheral shapes of metal surrounding them; honeycomb support is effective structure that resists bursting out forces by internal pressure
- With various thermal lengths - In every heat exchanging process, thermal lengths are different depending upon the various process conditions
- With multiple length plates – we design compact heat exchangers with mini length plates without unnecessary extra surfaces required by standard length plates for very short thermal length duties
We also offer Brazed plate heat exchangers and plate coils. Brazed plate heat exchangers can be installed in the low fouling liquid process with hermetic sealing requirements. These are applicable in floor heating & hot water generating, evaporator & condenser in chiller and oil cooler in packaged machinery. These can function under temperature up to 180 deg. C and high pressure.
