ADVANCED PROGRAMMABLE DIGITAL TABLET DISINTEGRATION TEST APPARATUS
MODEL: VTD-AVP.
   1. Double baskets unit with water bath, designed to conduct two batches of disintegration tests of tablets as per new IP & USP Standards.
   2. The instrument is equipped with two Japanese stepper motors. Each motor can be operated independently and two different batch products can be analyzed at a time.
   3. Digital indicator for temperature with optically isolated electronic heater driver with water bath.
   4. Dual channel Temperature system to ensure accurate and precise temperature control of the Tank and Beakers.
   5. Illuminator for clear observations Of Disintegration process has been provided.
      Illustrative blue graphic display to observe temperature and set time for both tests side-by-side, at a glance.
   6. Facility provided to prevent over shooting of temperature.
   7. Centronics Printer interface provided for recording parameters like Temperature, Batch No, Product ID.
   8. Facility for self-validation of RPM is incorporated.
   9. Automatic Parking of both Baskets after the Test is over.
  10. The equipment meets all international standards with respect to calibration, Validation and IQ, OQ requirements.
