Products We Offer
We are manufacturing superior quality Plastics Reels with flanges moulded from high quality PVC colored ABS, PS and PP raw material having high impact strength and light in weight. Barrel manufactured from high quality steel and surface coated as per customer specification. Assembled with high quality steel studs, nuts and washer duly surface treated.
Manufacturing Facility
We have most advanced Micro process controlled injection moulding machines with locking force up to 1400 T with injection weight up to 11000 grams per shot. Besides we have a well equipped Tool room with CAD/CAM integrated machinery for design, development and fabrication of molds.
All our products are manufactured and tested as per DIN specifications. We have special provision to meet customized development of client Products.
