Quality Control

For that, we ensure that all the products we manufacture are well-checked at pre-production stage and again before dispatch to insure no faults and errors are there. We test and analyze the raw material in both physical and chemical aspects. We also facilitate Radiography testing for the proper welding of the product's joints.

We have an efficient team of Quality checking personnels working for the purpose to check the products according to the strict parameters of strength,durability,hygienic designing, accuracy, performance etc. The products we manufacture gets through various tests and then we approve it for the supply and export purpose.

Our Manufacturing Unit

We have a well-facilitated manufacturing unit properly equipped with modern plants and machinery to manufacture quality products with perfect finish. A vast area of 5000sq ft is dedicated for the purpose manufacturing and processing of goods.

Our well-facilitated work shop with latest machinery installed to it is able of undertaking all sorts of fabrication jobs in bulk. We use machines like Grinding, welding, TIG welding, polishing and drilling for our manufacturing plant. All the products are manufactured with A-grade stainless steel, which provides a good finish to the product and at the same time, ensures durability.

With our state-of -the-art infrastructure, we are capable to manufacture customised products and cater the bulk requirements of the customers.
