Introduction: 

To accommodate various types jobs performed by Pulverizers, Jaw Crusher, Grinders, disintegrators in one unit we have designed a versatile unit-the Vimal Enterprise. Extremely versatile, the perfect can handle varieties of materials in different sizes-in a one-step, time saving operation and economy.

 The unit is especially designed for the medium fine and fine grinding of chemicals, dyestuff, pigments, foodstuff, minerals, ochers, clay etc.

 The Vimal Enterprise meet most capacity requirements and lend themselves to a wide degree of adjustment with fineness of the finished products ranging about 60 mesh to bulk passing through 300 mesh depending to a considerable extent on the particular materials being handled, Vimal Enterprise combine grinding, classifying and conveying all in one single unit. available size is 10" to 42"

Principles of Operation:

The Vimal consists of an encased rotor carring swing hammers, whizzer classifier for fineness regulation, and pressure, gradient creator mounted on a solid shaft raw material from the feed hopper enters manually, spills in to the grinding chamber. The impact of the hammers on the feed material against the liner plates reduces it into fine powder. The ground, material is carried towards the whizzer classifier for clarification, and the over size particles are rejected by the fitness regulators (whizzer classifier) and returns to the grinding chamber for grinding. Classified material is then conveyed in to the cyclione for collection and bagging. A cotton dust bags is provided in the system for ensuring dustless operation and no loss of powder.
