We have available box size in 10Kg, 15Kg. & 18 Kg.
Recipes to prepare Maize flakes Snacks :
1. First get fried your Maize Flakes
2. Then Heat oil in a separate pan (on very low heat) and add Mustard seeds. Wait until they sizzle
3. Then add curry leaves, asafetida powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, cashew nuts, peanuts and Chili powder as per your taste. Stir a minute. Mix this all well.
4. You can also add other spices as per your liking
5.Pour this mixture on fried Maize Flakes
6. Add some salt and sugar as per taste.
7. Mix all, until Maize flakes are well coated with the spice blend
8. Maize flakes Snacks are ready to eat…….Enjoy!
