Established in the year 1994, we at Viraj Syntex Pvt. Ltd., are engaged in manufacturing and export of a unique range of equestrian products. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company which bears witness to the high standards of quality in our production process and products. We have imported ultra modern machinery from Europe and Taiwan which enables us to maintain a consistent level of quality in our products.
We are located in Kanpur, the hub of Indian Equestrian accessory industry. Our diverse manufacturing facilities enable us to manufacture equestrian accessories by using high grade Synthetic Tapes, Webbings and Cords which are produced in-house. In 2002 we ventured into the international markets of UK, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Holland, France, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, USA and Australia. Our activities are backed by the dedicated support of our associate concerns viz., Rajiv Udyog & M/s Swaraj International specializing in fabrication work of made up textile items.
Our Infrastructure
Our equestrian products are manufactured in an ISO certified production plant which is well equipped with high tech machinery to perform a plethora of tasks like cutting, sewing, knitting, etc. We also have textile machines to produce the raw material required for our products. These machines are imported from Europe and Taiwan. Our sophisticated equipment is based on latest technologies and have tremendously enhanced our productivity and efficiency. We are capable of manufacturing equestrian accessories as per the needs and requirements of our valued clients. Our production system is well coordinated. We have segregated the system into various sub-units to take up different tasks like raw material procuring, designing, assembling, production, packaging, etc. We have a comprehensive network of distributors and dealers all across the globe to offer prompt delivery of our products.
